We’re advised to leave the house only once a day for exercise – so be sure to make it count! Go for a walk, run, jog or ride your bike around your neighbourhood daily to keep fit. Both the exercise, fresh air and the sunshine will do you good! When you’re inside, you can also do your own exercises such as yoga or weight lifting if you have the right equipment. Another easy option is to put a workout video on your TV and follow through the steps in your living room. Aside from this, make sure you still eat plenty of healthy foods like fresh fruit and vegetables and stay hydrated.
