The whole team at Ridgeway Health and Wellness are absolute stars!! Both my boyfriend (Jim) and I have dodgy backs that need regular mainenance and Mark keeps us upright and moving comfortably. When I do something stupid and really tweak my back, I don't mind which of the team sees me for an emergency appt (they always quickly find a space for me) as they are all so good at getting me going again! You only have one back and neither Jim or I would trust ours to anyone other than Mark and the team!!!
